What Makes Kalea Special Compared To Other Scrubs On The Market?
We are different from what currently exists, as we are a brand that is for you, by you. With input from medical professionals and advisors, we get straight to the point in our purpose and design, making items that are exactly what medical and healthcare professionals need - not what we think we be cute and comfy for any passerby.
We recognize that you live a life of unpredictability, both in your day-to-day tasks and your scheduling requirements. We keep in mind how tough your job can be, and develop each and every product to benefit you. Our product technology, fabric comfort, and features are all for you. It doesn’t hurt that you can live your personal life in our styles as well.
What Size Should I Order? Do They Run True To Size?
Kalea was founded on the premise of being a brand that is for everyone. From style to fit, we do things differently. Our sizing gives a more breathable fit, so please refer to the sizing chart per item. We have a realistic fit, so sizing down is not uncommon. Our styles run true to general sizing.
Do You Offer Petite Or Tall Sizes?
We currently offer petite sizes in all of our women’s scrub pants Shop Womens. Because size and fit are our top priorities, we are working on developing more petite and tall sizing for both men and women. We are always growing and developing our product lines to include more length options so that you can have the best all-around fit.
Will You Be Adding Additional Sizing?
From the beginning, our goal has always been to ensure that our styles are inclusive. We currently offer women’s sizes XXS-2XL and men’s sizes XS-2XL, but are always innovating and expanding. Do You Offer Maternity Scrubs?
We understand that comfort is of utmost importance when you are expecting, and don’t always know how your body will change during the process. When our designs match all your needs, they’ll be ready to go home with you. Follow us on social media to be notified the moment our maternity line launches.
What Should I Do If What I Want Is Sold Out?
At Kalea, keeping up with your needs is important to us. Therefore if an item is sold out in your size or color, we are either working on something new and improved, or they are on their way.
Can I Get Custom Embroidery?
Custom embroidery is available for select orders. For details, please email us at TLC@kaleawear.com and include a high resolution Ai file, style desired, and quantity so we can best assess if we can service you and your team.
Do You Do Group Orders?
Yes. Group orders are available to be placed online or through a representative.
How Do I Make Changes To An Existing Order?
If you notice you have made a mistake when placing your order online, contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at TLC@kaleawear.com or giving us a call at (928) 613-9112. Customers are giving the option to cancel their order upon confirmation and are able to cancel their shipment before it gets fulfilled.
Keep in mind, we pride ourselves on fulfilling your orders in a timely manner, so while we may not be able to change your original order, we will provide the best options to resolve the issue.
Can I Purchase Kalea Scrubs From A Retail Storefront?
At the moment, we are focused on developing innovative, revolutionary designs at a price that makes sense. We have a handful of distributors, but focus on selling directly to you on www.kaleawear.com. We are brainstorming a way to bring Kalea to you to make finding the perfect scrubs as easy as possible.
Shipping And Handling
Standard Shipping Is FREE On All Contiguous U.S. Orders
We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; Puerto Rico; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address. When shipping outside the contiguous U.S. states, please expect longer shipping times for standard shipping.
All standard and expedited orders will be shipped and delivered by either FedEx or USPS. Free shipping will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. Valid on shipments to the U.S. and P.O. Boxes only. Terms of offer are subject to change.
Delivery Times For Standard Shipping
Standard delivery generally takes 3-8 business days in the continental United States, with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses **
Shipments to Canada generally arrive within 10-18 business days. International deliveries are made through Canada Post or Fedex.
Please note that business days do not include weekends and holidays.
**USPS standard ground shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PR and APO/FPO/DPO addresses can take anywhere between 15 - 20 business days. We appreciate your patience.
Delivery Times For Expedited Shipping
Expedited delivery generally takes 2-3 business days (depending on order time and date) in the continental United States.
Expedited Shipments are not available to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, PR or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Please note that business days do not include weekends and holidays.
We currently offer shipping to Canada and are working diligently to expand coverage to many great countries in the near future. Stay posted by joining our mailing list and following our social channels for updates.

How Do I Track My Order?
Log in to your account, then go to your purchases tab and click on purchase history. That is where you will find all of your orders with us and tracking infomation.
Returns And Exchanges
Our Promise To You
Kalea guarantees all our products to be free of manufacturing defects and will gladly accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Our return policy does not extend to damaged or mishandled goods. Items must be unworn and unwashed, free of staining from personal products like makeup, deodorant and the like.
We are happy to accept the return of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged Kalea items within 30 days of purchase. Original tags must be attached. We provide a combination of free shipping and free returns in the contiguous U.S. states to ensure that you receive the item(s) you want.
Free Returns By Mail
If you have an account, login and go to My Account > Orders & Returns to initiate the return process. You will receive an email with your free return label (contiguous U.S. states only) and return authorization number (RA#). Please include that RA# in your return packaging and drop of the shipment at any Fedex location.
Free Returns By Mail For Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item via our standard return process and then order the new desired item. We will pay standard return shipping costs within the contiguous U.S. to return your item(s). Once your exchange item is received the refund policy will be followed. If you would prefer to have the exchange item(s) ship once our warehouse receives your return, please contact TLC@kaleawear.com or call phone at (928) 613-9112
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days of receiving returned items. Please note it may take your bank an additional few days to process the refund.
Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at TLC@kaleawear.com or call us at (928) 613-9112.
We do not offer free return shipping on any orders outside of the contiguous U.S. You are responsible for the cost of shipping back to Kalea for a refund or exchange.
What Forms Of Payments Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit cards online including, but not limited to VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
At this time, we do not accept Paypal or other third party accounts as methods of payment.
The Items That I Purchased Have Gone On Sale Since I Purchased Them. Can I Get The Sale Price On Them?
If you have purchased an item online and are notified of a sale, a single price adjustment will be allowed per item within 7 days of purchase date. If more than 7 days have passed since purchase, price adjustments will not be allowed. Price adjustment credits will be returned to the original form of payment.
Does Kalea Have A Referral Program For Benefits And Discounts?
We currently do not have a referral program for discounts, but we’re working on it!
Are Gift Cards Available For Purchase To Use On The Kalea Site?
We currently do not offer gift cards or gift certificates for purchase. We are working on the best way to bring that option to you and your loved ones.
